HOW IT STARTED?

We understand that innovative solutions are required in order to accommodate the ever-changing tastes, desires and needs of the clients. Economic reforms, after the year 2000, led to a new phase in the growth of corporate India. This was the time when individuals and corporate groups started taking interest in real estate sector.

Keeping this in mind, a small team of 4 people forayed in the business of real estate consulting in the year 2005. The journey started from a small office measuring only 100 sq ft in Noida.
 

CLIENT BUILDING & SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS

We started our business as a real estate consultant firm for Parsvnath Developers and several other reputed builders of North India. Gradually, we moved several rungs upwards on the success ladder and expanded our span to other reputed builders. Gardenia India Pvt Ltd was another major addition to our business journey. We sold almost 80 percent of the project successfully. Till now, we have not deviated from our track of selling 80 to 90 percent in any of the projects that we have undertaken.

The success episode continued to the year 2006 when we were included amongst the first Broking Companies to initiate Corporate Deals in the market. We pioneered the same with ‘Gardenia Square’ and ‘Crossings Republic’ projects which was the most turning point towords our success. We kept on marching forward and paved our way of success by selling 1000 flats in Noida by 2007.

In 2009, we incorporated ourselves as ‘Property Guru Pvt Ltd’ and established a strong presence in the market with a team of 100 consolidated employees. Moreover, our infrastructure expanded from 100 sq ft to 5000 sq ft.

Later, the company got associated with ‘Reliance Property Solutions’ – a renowned name in every walk of business. We are thankful to ‘Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group’ for bestowing their trust in us.

Presently, Property Guru stands tall with a team of 350 strong personnel in an expanded infrastructure of 35000 sq ft. The business is conducted smoothly under the guidance of four directors. As a real estate company, we have gained the trust of 5000 satisfied clients all over India and our horizon is expanding day-by-day.
