And the people who will choose for green buildings will be provided with handsome incentives in the form of lower property tax. Tax benefit is not the only advantage. Optimal utilization of natural resources is itself a great reward.

The productivity of employees automatically increases if they are hired to work in a green office, as compared to a regular office.
