JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acquisition of Clients for sales.
  • Direct sales to various corporate and general customers.
  • Promoting company product in various residential exhibitions and seminars.
  • Attending to customers queries through advertisement in print media, web queries and SMS queries.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone & personal visits.
  • Responsible for supervising and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
  • Interacting with employees and assist customers in response to their concerns, questions, or complaints.
  • Interacting with Clients & Convincing prospective
  • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property, pointing out its best features and answering any questions.
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
  • The ability and desire to sell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Team handling.
  • Set Daily sales target as per Team manager’s daily target.
  • Make sure that daily and monthly sales commitment should be full-fill.
  • Maintain daily sales or lead MIS report.
  • Attend Clients meeting if Sales executive request him for the same.
  • Mentor the team and motivate them.
  • Taking weekly and monthly meeting with all Sales Executive.
  • Administratively manage a team of agents and monitor their performance.
  • Motivate and recognize them and improve the quality of service and increases the client’s delight.
  • Achieve service level/ Sales and productivity targets for the team.
  • Analyze calls to identify the root cause of Sales.
  • Monitor and maintain quality of interaction with customers.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to Team Manger.
  • Call handling to develop first hand sensing of customer pulse and manage irate customers.
  • Identify the training requirements of each Team Member.
